Map of Woods Hole
There are 140-metered spots in the village of Woods Hole. Meters accept quarters only, and most have a two hour maximum time. Most local businesses will offer quarters if you ask nicely. Meters are free after 6 pm, but there is no overnight parking here. The town tows at about 2 am nightly.
The Woods Hole Business Association operates three additional parking lots:
- The Dwyer Dock parking lot (just before the drawbridge on the left on Water Street) is open after 5 pm nightly and on Saturday and Sunday days for a $3.00 fee.
- The MBL Lilly parking lot (Located about 150 yards on the right after the draw bridge) is open Saturday nights for a $3.00 fee.
- The Fisheries parking lot (located after waterfront park on the left) is open Friday night and also Saturday and Sunday beginning at 11 am, free of charge.
In addition, there are several other pay lots near the ferry terminal for all day parking (rates are flexible and range from $15 in the off season to $40 on a busy weekend). There is also pay parking at the Sands of Time motor lodge; enter the office and ask for current rates.
