  • When your application is received here, it is reviewed for past experience.
  • All references are checked.
  • We will call you -- if we want to set up an interview with you. Otherwise, you will not hear from us.
  • If we set up an interview, it will be held here in Woods Hole.
  • Interviews will be scheduled starting in mid-winter.
  • A decision will be made either at the end of the interview, or shortly thereafter.
  • In some rare cases, where distance prevents, the personal interview requirement is waived.
