Directions

Different ways to get to Landfall:

  • By Car - see driving directions and maps below.
  • By Bicycle - via the Shining Sean Bike Path. We have a bike rack.
  • By Woosh Bus - The bus stop is 50 feet from our driveway. Runs every 30 minutes. $1 Schedule
  • By Boat - Please use our 16' dock which can accommodate boats up to 20 feet. There is 1 foot to 4 feet of water depth depending on the tide.

Driving Directions
From Boston, Providence, New York:
Cross the Cape Cod Canal onto Cape Cod from the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 South. After the divided highway becomes a two lane road, start watching for signs to Woods Hole and The Islands. This will put you on the Woods Hole Road. Stay on the Woods Hole Road until you come in to Woods Hole. Keep Fleet Bank to your left. Woods Hole Road becomes Water Street. One short block after Fleet Bank, you will see Luscombe Avenue to the left. The Landfall is on Luscombe Ave. your right immediately after Coffee Obsession.

To Park
Use Landfall's exclusive parking lot: Continue on Water Street and turn left into the parking lot immediately after Coffee Obsession. See the red "P" on the map below.
Community Parking is also available nights and weekends for $3.
